Working with a range of careers guidance providers, it’s aim is to inform the public’s understanding about retail careers and further support career’s initiatives in schools, colleges and universities. Retailers employ 3.1 million people in the UK and this initiative aims to reposition retail as ‘a career of choice’ for the emerging workforce.
