"Junior admin position straight from College Initially I did accounts work and progressed on to HR as there was not a HR team in place. Gave me a good introduction and helped me decide what I wanted to do next - which was progress in HR."
This role was sending out statements to customers, chasing payments, bank reconciliation, imports administration, processing expenses, raising cheques, and allocating payments to customer accounts. On the HR side I did basic admin like employment contracts, employment references, induction arranging, sickness absence processing, holiday entitlements etc.

In this role I managed various areas of the pay and benefits - such as the quarterly bonus process, profit share scheme, voluntary benefits programme, secondments to our different offices internationally and total reward comms. As well as managing current benefits, there was also opportunity to implement new ones and review what we were doing.
