More about me

Communication: Communication is key for all roles in this industry. Team working is essential therefore the communication amongst different teams is key to the effective build of a construction project.
Organised / On time: It is important to be organised and on time with expectations the client has for you so you can deliver to their expectations.
Adaptable: All construction projects and teams are different so it is important to be able to adapt to different situations.

I went through phases; pop star, actress, forensic psychologist, crime scene investigator. However as I got to know myself and my skills I realised I either wanted to be an Accountant or a Quantity Surveyor when I started at College. I then pursued Quantity Surveying as my opinion was that the Construction industry could offer me more variety than accountancy.

I would say most of the things I have done have shaped who I am and helped me learn from any mistakes. However, if anything, it would be to work harder through my GCSE's, A Levels and BTEC as I feel I could have done better but just didn't try as hard as I should have.
