Credit Suisse, London

I am responsible for the support and delivery of Professional Development solutions to key accounts within Corporate Functions. This includes: Creating and delivering Organizational Development solutions in –
line with CF strategy and Global Key Account duties for Operations (incl. budget management and reporting). I am also the Global Training Lead for the Corporate Functions Graduate Program. I am a trained facilitator in DiSC communication styles, 360 feedback, leadership styles and
culture workshops and an active member of the Modern Muse Program and WomenConenct

I love my current job. I enjoy the challenges I face on a daily basis. One day I might be faciliating a workshop on Communications Styles and the next I might be working with multiple stakeholders on the design of a Global training program for graduates or working with a client group on developing a training strategy for their workforce. For me, variety really is the key.

When I'm not working or spending time with my family (husband and 3 sons) I love being creative by designing and making greetings cards. I am also an active fundraiser for Cancer Research UK (a cause close to my heart) - 2 years ago my family and I created an official fundraising group and to date have raised £80,000. I am also a football fan and am often found at West Hams homeground with my son!

More about me

In order for me to do my job effectively I need to be organised, communicate well and to be creative. I juggle multiple client groups and programs and need to be flexible in my approach in order to deliver

I have developed a number of key skills since joining Credit Suisse. I am an effective project manager, I have core skills in communications (both training others and creating effective communications), I am trained to faciliate workshops, including 360 Feedback sessions, communciation styles, effective leadership skills, Vendor Relationhip management and OCI/OEI Culture tools. In addition I am an active member in our European Women's Network, the Modern Muse Program, Women Connect and I am a qualified Mental Health First Aider

When I was at school I wanted to be a writer. I wrote a fictional novel when I was 21 years old and after receiving many rejections from publishers I decided to follow a new career path. I still love writing and am determined to self publish in the future.

There isn't much I would do differently, I stand by all of my career choices and value each one for the skills and experience they have given me. Never turn down an opportunity as you never know where it will lead
