Administration work and answering incoming calls. It was a small family business and I did everything from answering calls, typing up quotes, making cups of tea and cleaning. It was my first real job and I really wanted to prove to the owners of the business I was good at whatever they put in front of me. They helped me develop my skills.

Co Founder and Owner of the Largest Container Refurbishment Company in the UK. UKCM repairs and refurbished Waste and Recycling Containers for Waste Companies, Councils and other Blue Chip Organisations throughout the UK. Myself and my boyfriend at the time (now my husband) set the business up together from our bedroom. We now employ over 70 staff and turnover £8M. Neither of us had any formal business training but we have built the business to what it is today.
