My Profile

Hi everyone, I'm Fran and I currently work at Microsoft as a Customer Success Manager. 

I have two cats called Snowy and Leia, I love Reggae and Classical music (amongst many other genres!) and love Contemporary Dance. I turned Vegan in January 2018 and love my new healthy and environmentally conscious lifestyle. I care a lot about protecting the earth's environment and tend to choose jobs/careers where I can make an impact to the lives of others.

I created this profile to hopefully inspire a few of you to follow your dream career or re-consider what your dream career might be.

When I was growing up, I knew that technology was but did not realise that it had the ability to create a life changing impact. A STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) subject can enable you to create unimaginable things that make people's lives better. 

Interestingly, I studied History at university and did not follow the traditional path into a career in Technology. However, if I had known what I know now, I may have continued my studies in Maths and entered a technical role creating and supporting impactful technology.
