Including ownership of operational software and technology. Design, maintenance and continuous improvements to all aspects within the HRSSC.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time as the Customer Service Desk at Rainbow Flowers. It helped me learn alot about what great customer service means, and how to deal with even the most difficult of customers. This experience has proved invaluable to me in my career over the years.

Born and bred in Guernsey, I have lived here all of my life. Having gone straight into employment from secondary school, I believe myself to be a hard working, self-motivating and enthusiastic individual, with particular expertise in developing and maintaining business/client relationships.  I'm a highly organised and consistent performer with a particular interest in customer service. From striving to personally provide excellent service myself to assisting others with their own mindset of what great customer service looks like and how I can assist them in becoming the best that they can be which in turn creates an efficient and effective customer focused team.

I loved Drama and English and would throw myself into any after school drama clubs. I was also a member of the school committee and volunteered for many groups and activities which I thoroughly enjoyed.

I was never a fan of mathematics. Although I struggled, I didn't give up, having gained an E grade GCSE at Secondary School and went to the College of Further Education to take the class again and gained a C on my second attempt, to which i'm quite proud.
